The District Energy System is comprised of four energy centers serving more than 80 private and federal buildings across the region.

A defining feature of ESAP is its focus on performance. Thermal production systems are continuously monitored and optimized, enabling infrastructure to evolve with advancing technologies and supporting progressive decarbonization without disrupting operations.

The modernized system distributes low temperature hot water and chilled water through more than 14 kilometres of upgraded underground piping, creating a centralized platform for optimization and future integration.
