Customized Energy Projects

Decarbonation is the major challenge of our century. Whether you are responsible for a public, commercial or industrial building, when it comes to modernizing or optimizing your technical equipment, the aim is to find a way to consume less, better and with less impact.

To help you implement sustainable, well-thought-out, energy-efficient solutions, our "project development team" supports you from the planning and design phase of your project right through to its final delivery. We intervene on specific assignments or as part of larger-scale operations requiring several participants.

Our Areas of Expertise

Heat and cold production
Optimization/modernization of your building's centralized controls system
Optimization of your industrial production management system
Renewable energy production (solar, geothermal, aerothermal, etc.)
Energy storage and energy demand management
Pinch analyses and waste heat recovery
Reducing efficiency losses

Integrated Management

Would you like to replace a heat pump, modernize your boiler room or install an energy recovery system? We offer tailored, integrated solutions that include every stage of your project, from design to commissioning...Depending on your needs, we act as general contractor, prime contractor or design-build project manager. Once the work is complete, we ensure knowledge transfer to your operating personnel, whether they are your teams or Equans Services maintenance crews.

A Single Point of Contact

Industry, office building, university campus, airport, hospital, data centers... Whatever the environment in which we operate, we provide you with a single, trusted contact who coordinates your entire worksite. From procurement management, through the choice of contractual formula, to the search for subsidies, we accompagny you step by step in the realization of your project.

Professionally Executed

During the construction phase, we mobilize all the expertise needed to make your project a success: electrical, electromechanical, building mechanics, automation & process, etc. As specialists, we control the quality of design, materials and workmanship, complying with the strictest health and safety standards ("Zero Injury" goal) and the environmental commitments* of Equans Services. When commissioning your installations, we also take care to make the necessary adjustments to improve your economic and environmental performance in a sustainable way.

System Reliability

Alongside energy efficiency projects, retrofitting or modernizing your equipment, there are other ways to reduce your consumption. To gain efficiency at source, your building's centralized control system may also deserve a few tweaks...Identifying efficiency losses, diagnosing the causes, modifying your system parameters... Whether as part of a recommissioning (or system recommissioning) or on an ad hoc basis, our engineers intervene on demand to optimize the operation of your BMS (Building Management System).

Improving Industrial Processes

Are you active in the food, pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries? Do you want to increase your productivity, improve the availability of your equipment or reduce your expenses? Equans Services is ready to take charge. We help you optimize your centralized management system and implement the corrective measures needed to improve the performance of your industrial processes. This involves better management of your air flows, solving your operational problems (bottlenecks) or making the most of your thermal waste, for example. If you wish, we are also able to implement solutions that use artificial intelligence to maximize the efficiency of your production line and reduce your maintenance costs (industry 5.0).
