We provide solutions to boost the intelligence of your building
For Managing a Comfortable and Secure Buildings
As a manager of public buildings, commercial spaces or industrial sites, you want your lighting, heating, air conditioning, or water network to operate optimally.
Dealing with the complexity of your technical equipment, centralizing all your systems in a single interface is an excellent way to enhance the management, comfort, and energy efficiency of your infrastructure.
Equans Services, through its subsidiary Contrôles AC, offers you a range of innovative solutions to optimize control and regulation of your installations. From feasibility studies, engineering, implementation, testing, recommissioning, to after-sales service, whether it's managing a single site or multiple sites, we provide comprehensive support from A to Z. And for peace of mind, we offer a range of related services, including regular maintenance and analysis and adjustment of all your electromechanical systems.
What is a Building Automation System?
A Building Automation System (BAS - also known as BMS for "Building Management System") is a centralized control system that allows you to manage all the mechanics of your building. Like a home automation system for a residential property, our automation solutions enable remote equipment control in a large building or industrial facility. By collecting diverse data such as statuses, measurements, alarms, etc. they also gather valuable information for building monitoring.
The result? Energy savings, proactive maintenance operations, and improved comfort for occupants.
For a Small or a Large Project
Whether you're looking to construct a new building, upgrade an existing one, or undergo a complete system migration, our team of technicians and engineers will execute your project with consideration for your objectives and budgets.
From temperature, humidity, pressure, and air quality control to detection of hazardous gases, CO2 monitoring, and measurement of your building's electrical peak, we possess the expertise and licenses necessary to ensure a high-quality installation that meets your current and future needs.
We also provide support in obtaining certain subsidies (from Hydro-Québec, Énergir, Transition énergétique Québec, or the Government of Canada) while ensuring the best return on investment for you.
Our mission? Empower you to enhance the quality of your management system while reducing your operational costs.
Exclusive Distributor of Reliable Controls Solutions
Contrôles AC is proud to be an official integrator of Reliable Controls products. Since 1986, Reliable Controls has been committed to researching and developing innovative, high-performance, and reliable automation solutions.
Every year, we use Reliable Controls products and solutions in hundreds of projects, all with one goal in mind: to design, construct, and renovate more sustainable, efficient, and connected buildings and infrastructure together with you.
Equipment Under Control
Installation, integration, commissioning, etc. When our teams leave your building, you have access to a unique interface that allows you to visualize all the technologies covered by the system.
Floor by floor and room by room, you can observe in detail all of your installations, alarms, and control points. Our systems are open, scalable, and customizable, adapting to each specific situation and bringing together all the necessary functions in a single controller. Thanks to the BACnet protocol, we ensure that all your third-party equipment communicates, regardless of the manufacturers.
Energy Optimization
From water networks to boilers, through chillers, generators or pipes. Our solutions allow you to closely monitor the vital signs of your building and adjust your comfort settings to the needs of your occupants. But that's not all!
Unlike conventional installations, your equipment is now capable of self-regulation based on key factors. Is the outdoor brightness changing? Are users or residents leaving a room? Is a space unused for several hours? Our systems enable you to improve your energy performance by eliminating unnecessary consumption. Like an 'energy conscious' consumer, it ventilates, heats, cools, and illuminates only when necessary, helping you achieve substantial energy savings.
Related Services
Beyond regulating your installations, do you also want to offload the maintenance of your building's mechanics? That's also possible with Contrôles AC. Our offering includes a range of related services related to the maintenance and management of your electromechanical systems:
