What sets us apart is our ability to combine facility management and energy transition solutions within a single IFM contract, eliminating the need for multiple providers and creating a more coordinated approach to sustainability, operational excellence, and long-term asset value.
The result? Simplified contract management, an optimized Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for your operations, an enhanced occupant experience, and measurable progress toward your energy transition objectives throughout the life cycle of your assets.
What is Integrated Facility Management?
Integrated Facility Management (IFM) is a set of tools and services that enable a company or a public authority to delegate certain support or technical functions in order to focus on its core business.
Whether it's office buildings, industrial facilities, hospitals, airports, or urban transportation companies, by centralizing the operation of your site with Equans Services, you can ensure the longevity of your assets and provide your occupants with a clean, pleasant, comfortable, productive, and secure environment.
What does our IFM offering include? There are two types of services: Technical Services (or Hard Services) and Occupant Services (or Soft Services).
Cost Reduction
One of the main advantages of our IFM offering is undoubtedly the reduction of your operating costs. By relying on a single provider who takes care of your suppliers, you benefit from a wider network of subcontractors and increased price competitiveness.
Additionally, you can streamline your supply chain (for example, by creating synergies between different intermediaries present on your sites). Furthermore, we help you reduce your energy consumption by committing to performance standards (such as SLAs or KPIs) tailored to your specific needs.
Asset Management
Yield analysis, evaluation of the condition of your buildings, asset management planning, etc. In addition to the daily maintenance of your buildings, our teams provide you with a range of value-added services such as the implementation of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System - a digital tool that allows remote access to all your control points, sensors, or meters) or Integrated Asset Management.
The goal? To track the condition of your building over time and extend the lifespan of your installations. This involves regular reporting, categorization of your assets, and implementation of maintenance or continuous improvement plans. It is essential in long-term contracts such as Public-Private Partnerships (P3s).
Sustainability and Decarbonization Strategy
Thanks to its multi-technical management and energy control expertise, Equans Services assists you in meeting your sustainability goals.
Eco-friendly procurement policy, optimization of electromechanical equipment operation, waste and hazardous material management, etc.
Through an IFM contract, our teams can support your sustainable development strategy by defining the performance targets and objectives that you need to reach.
Upon request, our experts can assist you in obtaining WELL credits or accreditation for environmental certifications such as LEED, BOMA BEST, Energy Star, etc.
Technical Call Center and Mobile Teams
To help you focus on your core activities with peace of mind, Equans Services provides a proven methodology. We document all our maintenance activities with precise procedures and provide monthly reporting.
Our 24/7 technical emergency call center, staffed with bilingual agents trained to use your CMMS and achieve your KPIs, ensures you receive top-notch service. In addition, to enhance the capabilities of our permanent on-site units, our mobile teams are ready to intervene in case of heavy workload or complex technical interventions, whether they are predictive, preventive, or corrective.
Results-Driven
By choosing an external provider to manage your hard/soft services, you benefit from the expertise of competent professionals who help you free up time-consuming tasks. But that's not all! We also offer contractual solutions with performance guarantees.
Unlike a best efforts contract, this approach holds us accountable for results. In practical terms, based on a fixed price, we take full responsibility for our day-to-day operations, including unexpected breakages or failures. It motivates us to exceed our objectives in the best interest of our clients!
