Why the Change?
The transition follows the 2022 acquisition of Equans Group by Bouygues Group. Since then, a global effort has been underway to integrate the BYES brand into Equans, a global leader in energy and services. This strategic integration consolidates our expertise under a single, recognizable brand, enabling us to operate with greater clarity and impact across markets.
With this alignment, Equans has become the largest business unit within Bouygues by revenue and workforce, demonstrating the success and strength of this strategic direction.

The transition to the Equans Services brand allows us to unify our operations under a common identity further, enhancing service delivery, operational consistency, and market visibility.
This brand transition will:

- New brand identity: You’ll begin to see the Equans Services logo on our communications, uniforms, service vehicles, email domains, and other brand assets.
- Brand integration date: The full transition to Equans Services will take effect on March 31, 2025.

While our name is changing, everything else remains business as usual:
- Same team, same service: Our people, including site managers and operational teams, remain unchanged and committed to delivering the high-quality service you trust.
- No impact on contracts: All current agreements remain valid under Bouygues Energies and Services Canada Limited. There are no changes to legal entities, certifications, or compliance standards.
